1. The project
Development Codename (“Application”) is a temporary development codename for a Windows email client and a macOS version in early development. Its final product name has not been selected. The Windows prototype and the planned Mac application are in private development; no macOS build, public download or availability date is offered here. The Application is intended for users aged 13 and older, and it is not directed to children under 13. Any future age-related controls and release requirements remain subject to implementation and review.
2. Development builds
Any authorized development or test build is experimental and may be incomplete, changed or withdrawn. Features and provider integrations may not work as intended or be suitable for important communications. Do not use it as the sole copy of important mail. Keep independent backups and use provider-supported controls.
3. Mail-provider accounts
You remain responsible for your provider account, authorization choices and compliance with provider terms. Connecting an account may allow access to mail data and permitted operations. Access and availability are controlled by the provider, which may change or revoke it. No provider endorsement is claimed.
4. Acceptable use
Use any authorized build lawfully and in accordance with applicable provider requirements. Do not disrupt provider services, bypass access controls or violate another person’s rights. These draft terms do not grant a right to redistribute or commercially exploit an unreleased build; any permission must be provided expressly with that build.
5. No commercial offer
This site offers no subscriptions, paid plans, support, refunds or commercial license. No company or registered business is represented. If commercial terms are introduced, they will be published separately.
6. Availability and liability
The development site and any authorized test software are provided as-is and as-available to the extent permitted by applicable law. No promise is made that software will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible or commercially released. To the extent permitted by law, the project operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from experimental software, provider changes, interruptions, data loss or unauthorized access. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Changes, contact and governing law
These draft terms may change as the project develops. The project is operated by an individual independent developer, not a registered company. Privacy and support requests can be sent to marcus.waters@me.com. The developer operates from Arkansas, United States. The contractual governing-law clause, dispute process, effective date and appropriate legal review still require confirmation before public distribution.
Provisional product document only—not legal advice, an invitation to download, or an offer to sell software.
